Early Bird Passes are available first-come, first serve until they are sold out.

A la carte passes will be available at a later date.

Feature workshop admission is not available separate from the weekend pass. However, the Swing Outs Series is available for separate purchase. This 4-hr series has limited capacity.

The Friday afternoon Pub Crawl, the Saturday afternoon Director Park dance with the Hot Lovin’ Jazz Babies, and the Sunday Farewell Jam at Migration Brewing are free events that anyone may attend without a pass.

We have two programs to help make our event more financially accessible:

• Student Discount: We offer a student discount to full time high school and undergraduate students for our weekend and party passes.

• Scholarships: We are offering a limited number of free passes to those most in financial need.

For both of our discounted pass programs above please email pdxlindyexchange@gmail.com before registering to confirm your eligibility!

You may opt in to volunteering during the registration process—there is a box to check in the registration form and our volunteer coordinator will reach out to you. The volunteer survey is also linked on our registration page.

Please note — You must first register for the weekend; then, a refund will be issued to you based on how many hours you have volunteered.

If you’re interested in staying with a local dancer, please check the box on the registration form when you purchase your pass.

We will have details on a discounted hotel block near the venue availalbe early in the new year!

The afternoon dances on Saturday and Sunday are all-ages (and free!).

The evening dances (starting at 7:30) are ages 12+ and the late night dances (starting at midnight) are ages 15+. All ages require a paid pass. A la carte passes will be available, more information to follow.

Babes-in-arms/nurslings are welcome at no charge.

This policy only applies to PDXLX; PLS regular weekly dances are all-ages events.

There are no refunds on any purchases for the Portland Lindy Exchange.

T-Shirts sales are final and we are unable to support t-shirt exchanges for alternate sizes.

While pass purchases are non-refundable, we may consider transferring the value of your pass to the following year on a case-by-case basis.

PDXLX officially ends with the Sunday Farewell Jam at Migration Brewing. If you’re looking for more dancing, there are some local events running, including Sunday Swing offered by Stumptown Dance — at the same venue as the exchange!
